Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation, and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
Saturday classes will be a Vinyasa flow style sequence, which is continuous movement from one yoga pose to the next with synchronized breath. Vinyasa gets the heart racing and the blood flowing, providing a cardio exercise of sorts.
Class will end in Savasana a resting pose proven to calm the nervous system and promote equanimity in the entire body. There will be either a guided meditation, uplifting message, or affirmation shared in each and every class.
